FOUNDER & CEO
Modou is the Founder of AFG Ventures, our social enterprise addressing the investment and human Capital Gaps in Africa. He is also Director of Startup Grind in The Gambia, which is part of a global community that educates, inspires as well as connects entrepreneurs with resource-based companies in The Gambia.
Modou is passionate about business and project analysis and focuses on helping businesses in various industries improve on their revenue and services to their clients through data driven business intelligence. He has been a recipient of Africa 35.35 2019 Corporate Manager Award and 2020 Top 50 Career Influencers in Africa, and, also, Top 10 Platinum Career Influencers by Workbooth Magazine. He additionally serves as a 2020 mentor and Influencer for the Tony Elumelu Foundation.
He has been featured in various podcasts with Rare Birds and Replenish Me Show, and has been featured in magazine outlets, including Mojatu Magazine (Nottingham UK), Blue Pinterest (US), and ALFI.

Ndonga is a Gambian national currently living and working in New York in Tax Consulting with Ernst & Young as Global Compliance and Reporting Manager. Ndonga has an interest/Passion in building relationship with start-ups both in the US and around the Continent and mainly her country The Gambia. Ndonga has B.S Business Administration, Accounting & Finance at RIDER UNIVERSITY Lawrenceville, NJ and has MS In Taxation at FAIRLEIGH DICKINSON UNIVERSITY Madison, NJ.
